Originally from Medellín, Chef Juan Esteban Torregrosa discovered hispassion for cooking after studying chemistry. He pursued his culinarydreams at Le Cordon Bleu in Lima, Peru, where he worked in therenowned kitchen of Astrid & Gastón, ranked #1 in Latin America in 2013.
